Any client who already uses Managed Hosting, Public Compute-as-a-Service (CaaS), or Hosted Private CaaS from Aipalisade may choose to add Technical Operations as a managed service bundle. Technical Operations services are only offered in packages, not separately. In order to reduce operational risk and save time and money, the bundle offers system monitoring, operating system support (including continuing patching), as well as 28-day backups of all production servers.
In accordance with the client's requests, Aipalisade will additionally deploy Cloud Servers as part of the Technical Operations service.
On specified Cloud Servers, Aipalisade's Tech Ops for Public and Hosted Private Cloud offers Cloud customers basic system administration services. In order for Aipalisade to assist with managing their cloud environment and carry out fundamental OS maintenance activities on the cloud server, customers grant Aipalisade full access sub-administrator status on the customer cloud account. Additionally, this level of service offers the client basic system monitoring to spot issues with the CPU, RAM, and storage. Each Cloud Server is charged a monthly price for Tech Ops for Cloud.
